Brief Description about Our Services:

Our MES team of experts can give you all kinds of Testing and commissioning & servicing of circuit breakers. We can work the voltage levels LV, MV. We carry out Testing &commissioning for circuit breakers. We have our own advanced testing equipment to carry out necessary testing of the circuit breakers and to get the work done quickly without depending on anybody.

Circuit Breaker Service & Conducting tests: Perform various types of Circuit Breaker service & testing’s such as

  • ABB LV & MV switchgear UP TO 33KV spares and service.

  • Circuit Breakers Servicing, Testing & Commissioning (SF6, VCB, OCB, ACB)

  • IR Test.

  • Contact Resistance Test (CRM).

  • Timing Test

  • Control Wiring Check Test.

  • Tripping test

  • Visual inspection

  • Cleaning and lubricating

  • Visual inspection for any broken parts and replace as needed.

  • Clean and lubricate all mechanical linkages.

  • Removing covers and arc extinguishing shields,

  • Inspect for damage, wear and deterioration, clean and lubricate as required.

  • Checking, cleaning main contacts, cleaning all covers and arc shields.

  • Checking security of all control wiring and associated fitted components.

  • Testing mechanical operations and reinstate covers and arc extinguishing shields.

  • Performing mechanical and electrical operation of the breaker on test position and carrying out injection test on electronic trip devices to calibrate characteristics against set points.

  • Checking UVT (Under Voltage Trip) release pick up and release & checking motor mechanism

  • If maintenance, protection tests have been completed with success, an Inspection and Test Certificate can be issued.

We do inbuilt testing of ACB. Inbuilt Release are installed in ACB's to provide protection against any overload, short-circuit and earth faults that arises, It is therefore very important to get the release diagnosed periodically to make sure it functions smoothly.

A Hipot test is a non-destructive test which uses a high voltage current to "flow" through the insulation to make sure that it doesn't break down and cause any leakage current.
