Circuit Breaker Service & Conducting tests: Perform various types of Circuit Breaker service & testing’s such as

• ABB LV & MV switchgear UP TO 33KV spares and service.

• Circuit Breakers Servicing, Testing & Commissioning (SF6, VCB, OCB, ACB)

• Contact Resistance Test (CRM).

• Checking security of all control wiring and associated fitted components.

• Testing mechanical operations and reinstate covers and arc extinguishing shields.

• Performing mechanical and electrical operation of the breaker on test position and carrying out injection test on electronic trip devices to calibrate characteristics against set points.

• Checking UVT (Under Voltage Trip) release pick up and release & checking motor mechanism

• If maintenance, protection tests have been completed with success, an Inspection and Test Certificate can be issued.
