Whether you are installing a brand new, Repaired or Even Refurbished unit or if there is a reallocation of an existing unit. MES offers a total solution to meet your needs including Transportation Logistics, Loading/Unloading onsite, Erection, Testing, Pre-commissioning & Full Commissioning of Transformer.

An 11kV/433V dry-type transformer is a safe, fire-resistant step-down unit. It uses air or resin rather than oil for cooling. Ideal for indoor or urban commercial settings, it converts medium-voltage (11kV) electricity to standard low-voltage (433V)- Can be installed directly indoors, close to the load centre, which minimizes cable losses and installation costs.

Oil-type transformer (or oil-filled transformer) submerges its core and windings in insulating liquid to cool and insulate the unit. These transformers are highly efficient, cost-effective, and ideal for outdoor power distribution. The fluid used is typically mineral oil, silicone, or biodegradable natural ester.

Electrical Testing Jobs: VCB’s Testing
Procedures include Insulation Resistance (Megger) testing, Micro-ohm (Contact) resistance testing, high-voltage (Hipot) dielectric testing, and timing analysis.

LT Panels 415V
The erection, testing, and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) panels involve the mechanical installation, electrical verification, and performance proving of the system. This ensures the safe distribution of low-voltage power in commercial or industrial facilities.

Erection is the physical installation of the panel within the electrical room or designated area.
Testing is the verification process used to ensure the panel and its components are mechanically sound and electrically safe before being powered on.
Commissioning is the final step where the system is energized and integrated into the facility's live electrical network.
HT (High Tension) panel 11/33KV
erection, testing, and commissioning is a multi-stage electrical project. It involves installing the heavy switchgear securely on a concrete foundation, aligning busbars, and making cable terminations. It concludes with rigorous pre-commissioning tests (insulation resistance, contact resistance, relay calibrations) and functional power-on checks

Thermography test
A thermography test uses an infrared camera to detect and measure invisible heat patterns emitted by objects. It is a non-destructive, non-contact method that translates temperature variations into visual, color-coded maps

Earth pit testing measures the resistance of a grounding system to ensure it provides a safe, low-resistance path for fault currents to dissipate into the ground.
Draw out module maintenance involves safely isolating, extracting, and servicing electrical components (like motor starters) from a switchboard. It minimizes downtime by allowing the module to be safely withdrawn and serviced without shutting down the entire electrical system.
Breakdown Voltage (BDV) Test evaluates the dielectric strength of insulating oil used in transformers and high-voltage equipment. It measures the voltage at which the oil electrically reaks down, identifying moisture, contamination, or aging so you can prevent costly equipment failures.
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
Installation and supply work, success relies on proper site evaluation, proper cable sizing to prevent voltage drops, and safe battery bank assembly. Always verify that your load calculation matches the manufacturer's operational specifications before making final electrical connections.

Executing 11/33kV HT cable terminations and joints- indoor/outdoor terminations or straight-through joints, proper cable preparation is critical to high-voltage safety and reliability.

11/33kV Substation structure erection and maintenance involve the safe mechanical installation and upkeep of overhead electrical poles (single, double, or H-poles) and associated equipment. The primary goal is to safely distribute power while ensuring structural integrity and preventing electrical hazards through routine inspections, testing, and component replacement.

Retrofitting Work:
(LT) switchgear retrofitting involves upgrading outdated or obsolete electrical components (like Air Circuit Breakers or protection relays) within existing panel boards.

Solutions for electrical Shutdown activities
MCC panel Feeder modifications per customer on site requirement
Customised metering wiring accessories kit per on site dimensions
SFU switch Feeder modification done from existing old switch
Electrical liaison work is the regulatory and coordination process between project developers, electrical contractors, and government authorities to secure power connections, load enhancements, and safety approvals. It ensures all electrical installations comply with regional safety codes before they are legally energized.

A Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG) inspection is a mandatory safety assessment required for high-voltage electrical installations (typically above 650V), captive power plants, and large DG sets. It ensures your system complies with CEA safety regulations.
